Download Process

Im having a problem getting the software to download on my computer. Im following the instructions but its not working. I need some help please?!

    Are you following the instructions from the "Rock Solid Internal Hosting" guide here:
    http://www.rockrms.com/Rock/BookContent/1/58#installingrock

    Specifically, did you do this step?
    "Place the Start.aspx file from the installer package in the root of the web folder. By default, the web root folder will be located here: C:\inetpub\wwwroot."

    Also, have you completed the preceeding steps outlined in "Configuring IIS" and "Configuring SQL Server"? Both of these steps should be completed before you install the Rock website.

    Im trying to download the software. I clicked download and a file was saved to my computer. I then opened a new tab put in my website as well as the /start.aspx at the end but the install application never comes up. It just takes me back to my wedsite

      Rock does not have a 1-click installation process - although it is fairly simple, you need to configure your system first.
      Please try following the instructions in my first answer if you haven't done so already.
