Check In Several Children in One Family

Hi, we are working to implement Rock RMS and are hoping to replace some of the previous systems, including children's check in. Currently, we are able to check in several children in a family at once by clicking a checkbox on their names and hitting check in. It really helps our check in process; however, we don't seem to be able to recreate this capability in Rock.

Is there a way to do this? Or is this something that may be implemented in future? Thanks!

    Hi Yujing,

    We are currently implementing Rock check-in at our church, and we have the same need.

    The functionality does not currently exist in Rock, but part of our implementation process will involve adding this feature, and we are hoping to make this available sometime early in 2016.
    Our intention is to provide a checkbox-selectable list of children and a drop-down list for each child to choose locations/session times so that all of these selections can be made on the same screen for multiple children before any labels are printed.

      David, will this either be made available to Rock "out of the box" or in the forthcoming Rock Store? Sounds like a great option to give churches

        Michael - hopefully it will be available as part of the core, otherwise as a free plug-in... I'll know more when our implementation is complete.
