Completing Workflows

Hi, what security role is required to allow users to complete workflows? When a workflow comes in and it gets reassigned to another person, that person cannot edit the workflow in order to complete it.

Are normal Staff users supposed to be able to complete these?

Thank you! I have figured it out. I added the Security Role "RSR - Communication Administration" to the "Workflow Detail" page, to be able to edit. It seems as if that did the trick. Now anyone who we want to be able to complete these, I will add to that security group.
