Check if Person is in a Cell Group Lava

Hi everyone, i want to check if a person is in a cell group on my external site. and if so post a custom message

I checked the profile badge but it doesnt show the lava code being used

The profile badge doesn't use Lava but it is possible to use Lava for this if you have access to the Lava groups array. As far as I know you're only able to access the groups array via some group specific blocks. It'd be great if someone else could chip in and share if I'm mistaken or if there's another way.
