    I figured it out!

Go to Admin Tools -> CMS Configuration -> Content Channels

You should see a list of all your content channels. On the right hand side there is a lock icon for the security settings on that channel.

When you click on it there is an extra tab across the top for "Approve".

Add the role you want to give permission to approve the content (You can make a new one for more control, I just added the administrator for now).

Now you should have three buttons to click when you add/edit content for that channel.

There are a number of additional roles that grant specific security permissions so even though you have thet RSR - Administrator role you may not be able to approve or do certain things! The additional security role you want is WEB - Administrator.

Hi Arran. I added that role and still nothing appears under the status. I am also signed in as the ROCK Admin

Ive created a new content channel and set it to REQUIRE APPROVING

i can approve the rock standard channels but not the ones i create. there is no option to approve under status

i dont think its a permission thing but a system bug
