Prayer Requests - &quot

As shown below when entering in quoted text into the prayer request form and then reviewing from a report or the Prayer interface the quotation mark is being translated into - &quot. Just wondering if this is an isolated issue in the Prayer section and if there is a fix that is already known?

    Hey Kent,

    I did a quick search on the bug list, didn't see this issue.  This does look like a bug, can you please post the issue at https://github.com/SparkDevNetwork/Rock/issues
