Rapid Attendance Entry Block Settings

This may be a stupid newbie question, but I can't figure out how to change the settings of the Rapid Attendance Entry Block. The Checking Out Check In manual shows screenshots of the settings screens, but I can't figure out how to get there!

    Don, if you have administrate permissions for the block, you can access the block settings by going to the Admin Toolbar (at the bottom of the page), then selecting the Block Configuration icon (4 squares icon), then hovering on the flyout for the Rapid Attendance Entry Block, then selecting the Block Properties icon (cog wheel).
