If a report does not apply to a Person entity then row selection check-boxes are not shown. How to select records for merge documents in such a report? I only need to create merge document for one record at a time - any ideas how I can do that?

I have a report that applies to completed Workflows and I will like to generate a merge document using the workflow attributes.  There are several workflow entries (rows) in this report and would like to generate a merge document on demand from a selected row, however there are no row selection checkboxes shown to do this.
