Accessing Workflow Information

While using workflow options like User Entry Forms work well I haven't found a way to easily access the information after its recorded.  How can workflow data be reported on or displayed?

For example, if we ask a group of people to fill out what their favorite color is using a workflow entry form how can we readily access that workflow information?  Perhaps see a list of the people's names and what color they chose or graph what the most popular choice was.

We can certainly see the need for this. Unfortunately the only way to get this now would be using the Dynamic Data block with custom SQL.Definately add it to the Idea Book. If you need a template for the SQL to use in the Dynamic Data block comment here and we can get you a good starting point.

    Love the idea!

Definitely not exactly what you're asking for, but just wanted to point out that Workflows CAN stuff form data into person attributes, which can then be reported-on in normal fashion. Obviously that's not the same as capturing ad-hoc data and graphing the responses, but things like Shirt Size might actually "warrant" being captured as a person attribute, for future uses, etc.

Thanks Jim. I considered this but the specific workflow I'm trying to use is initiated by someone who isn't logged in. For logged in users adding person attributes would be a good workaround.
