Hi Andrew, online giving and contributions are not "green lit" features in the current beta release and are not ready for production use. While there are some online giving features in the beta they are not documented and not necessarly feature complete. For a complete list of what is production ready and/or the status of features in the beta check out the When & What section of the Planning for Rock field guide
