I have read the documentation and done a bunch of playing with workflows. The Rock team did an awesome job building such a powerful tool. I am sure I have just brushed the surface of what they can do but wanted to put something out to the community I was hoping to do and can't figure out.

Has anyone been able to cause a workflow to add/remove a tag from a person profile? I want it to show an "In baptism process" tag and similar things when a person is entered into a workflow. Then I would want it to remove that tag once the workflow is complete.

Similarly I was hoping to be able to enter notes which would be copied into a persons timeline.

Right now I can't figure out either of these. The only individual's profile based solution I see is adding more attributes to a people and then having Rock update and remove them as needed.

Anyone know of anything I am missing? And better suggestions of how to do this?
