Filtering Channel by Attributes

When setting up a new Content Channel Dynamic I'd like to filter the results based on the available attributes.  I haven't found how to identify them, though. The default block on the homepage uses a long string of numbers to get this to work but I'm unsure what the string means or how to replicate it.

    In the current version there is a very limited filtering capability (as you've shown above). In the next update you'll get a ton of filtering capabilities. We can't wait to demo it next week at the CITRT. We'll be videoing the talks and posting them online for those that can't make it. Look for the update at the end of this week.
