Hello! Does RockRMS have any features to help us manage our library?

Welcome to the community!
Regarding library software, I'm not aware a "library system" per se. Depending on your specific needs and expectations, a content channel may suit your needs for keeping a book catalog as well as checkin/checkout functionality.
Thankfully, Rock's open model would allow the creation of a plugin that could suit your needs, as well as the needs of other RockRMS users. :-)
