Transferring from Fellowship One to Rock

Can anyone tell me how easy it is to transfer data from Fellowship One to Rock?

Is it a simple import that can be done on mass? Or does the data have to be re-entered person by person, one by one?

There is a tool called Excavator https://github.com/NewSpring/Excavator that can import F1 data. It can be a bit tricky to get running and configured, but many have used it successfully and help is available here and in the Roxk Slack team if you get stuck.
