Why can't I install after downloaded

I downloaded the rock but I don't know how to install it. May I get some help? Do I have to open the aspx file?

    You need a Windows Server running IIS and Microsoft SQL Server or a regular Windows computer with both IIS and SQL server and the system needs decent ram and a fast cpu.

      Hi Suyi,

      If you haven't already, I highly recommend reading through the installation guide.
      Here's a link to the instructions for starting the installation process - but make sure you have also followed the preceding steps to install the necessary prerequsities:

      Just read the read me file. ;D Do you have any suggestion on what kind of software can I use to open the start file? I tried to place it on my web browser and it would only down the same file over and over again.

      I am having the trouble here. I've downloaded the RockRMS. I'm confused of what to do next? I watched the video and it says to input my URL and add /install.aspx. All I get is an error. I'm very new to this, so please explain in detail to me of how to use this. Is there a tech support I can directly speak to?
