Looking to schedule meeting and due date reminders for Fundraising Group Members before anyone joins the team? That's exactly what this plugin was created to do!

A great feature in Rock is that Communication Lists can be scheduled in the future and will auto-refresh the recipient list. Unfortunately, if you create a future communication for any other Group Type in Rock, the recipients are locked-in to that moment-in-time no matter how far in the future the message will be sent. This plugin helps you by allowing dynamic recipient lists for scheduled Email and SMS Communications.

Can be used with:
  • Fundraising Groups to send scheduled meeting and due date reminders.
  • Event Groups to send additional reminders to the registrants.
  • Study Groups to send weekly topic or passage reminders.
