How can I set up a Rock Shop account?
Log-in to your account in the upper right corner of the Rock site. Head over to your profile and select your organization to configure your Rock Shop account.

How do I add or update my payment method?
Good news! You can add and update your credit/debit card information in the same spot. Once you've logged in to your account and found your profile, click through to your organization to modify your payment method.

Why can't I purchase a plug-in for my organization? It says I'm not authorized.
There are two ways to solve this problem. You can ask your Rock administrator to log-in and edit your rights to include the ability to purchase from the Rock Shop. Or, you can contact the Rock team at info@sparkdevnetwork.org.
