We are pleased to introduce the Online Giving plugin for RockRMS external websites. Our unique approach allows seemless integration between your RockRMS external website and your Online Giving acccount. The plugin offers two different types of integration options; embedded giving and linked giving. No matter which option you choose both include single sign-on (SSO). Our advanced and secure single sign-on approach allows your RockRMS website integration with Online Giving to live behind the RockRMS user login and registration pages. That's right, all authentication and registration is performed on your RockRMS system which translates into seemless donor matching and a unified donor experience.

Does Online Giving push transactions into RockRMS?
Yes, our direct API integration takes care of all transaction recording into your linked RockRMS API website. It's fully automated, safe and secure.
Is a plugin required to record transactions into RockRMS from Online Giving?
No, our direct API integration does not require a plugin. Instead our system fully manages donation transaction recording. No plugin required.
So what makes the plugin different from your direct API integration?
The plugin is designed to extend your RockRMS website with custom blocks for adding embedded giving and linked giving to your website. It's designed to give website content administrators the ability to seemlessly integrate the donor experence between your RockRMS external website and your Online Giving website with shared authentication.

For existing customers (churches) please drop us a line at support@onlinegiving.cc asking for RockRMS integration. We shall be happy to schedule a full service courtesy installation of either integration.
Do you offer installation and setup services for using the plugin?
Yes, all of our customers (churches) with plans that support ChMS integrations include free setup for RockRMS direct API integration and plugin integration. We shall be happy to assist you with a self install or schedule a full service courtesy installation (setup).
